ST. PAUL — State Rep. David Dill, who represented Northeastern Minnesota for more than a decade — and was described as a productive lawmaker — died Saturday. He was 60. Dill, DFL-Crane Lake, had been undergoing cancer treatment and was admitted to the Mayo Clinic in mid-July. “It’s a huge loss for me in that I lost a good friend,” said Tom Bakk, Senate Majority Leader. “The district lost a real champion.
