Parents of the couple are Michael and Lisa Peterson, Fulda, and James and Joanne Webb, Machesney Park, Ill.
Peterson is a 2009 graduate of Concordia College. She is employed by Western Community Action, Marshall.
Webb is a 2008 graduate of Rock Valley College. He is employed at First Lutheran Church, Lake City.
They plan a Sept. 29 wedding.
